Abstract
Дипломная работа посвящена актуальной теме формирования имиджа компании-работодателя на рынке труда. Цель данной работы – установление стратегии компании-работодателя, работающей над формированием собственного имиджа на рынке труда.
В первой главе рассматривается понятие и значение имиджа компании. Также, анализируются методы и технологии формирования имиджа. Помимо этого, рассматривается социологическая теория И. Гоффмана по его книге «Представление себя другим в повседневной жизни». Во второй главе рассматривается формирование положительного имиджа работодателя на примере компании «Intermedia». В заключении подведены итоги исследования и сделаны выводы по дипломной работе.
Данная работа состоит из введения, двух глав, заключения, списка использованной литературы и приложений. Объем работы – 67 страниц. При написании работы были использованы монографии, учебники, статьи – в целом, 60 источников.
The title of my diploma paper is “The formation of the employer image on the labor market”. The topic is actual today since the competition among any companies is pretty high on both labor and consumer markets. The purpose of the work is to find the strategy of a company that is working on the formation of its image on the labor market. In the first chapter, I revise the term of a company image. Then, I analyze the methods and technics of the image formation. Moreover, I review the Goffman’s sociological theory using his book “The Presentation of Self in Everyday Life”. In the second chapter, I study the formation of a positive image. “Intermedia” IT company is used as an example. There is a summary of the first theoretical part and the findings of the second practice chapter in the conclusion. The diploma paper consists of the introduction, two chapters, the conclusion, the bibliography and the attachments. There are 67 pages of the diploma and there are 60 information sources I used to write it.
