The role of investment in major projects in a territory

Abstract

Выпускная-квалификационная работа посвящена изучению роли инвестиций в реализации крупных проектов на территории. В работе проведен анализ теоретических аспектов инвестиций и их влияния на развитие экономики города. Для подтверждения теоретических положений был проведен анализ крупных инвестиционных проектов, реализованных в Санкт-Петербурге, и выявлены ключевые факторы, влияющие на инвестиционную привлекательность территорий. Особое внимание уделено роли государственного-частного партнерства и решению проблем земельно-имущественных отношений. В результате исследования были сформулированы рекомендации для повышения эффективности инвестиционной деятельности на территории.The graduation thesis is dedicated to the study of the role of investments in the implementation of large-scale projects on the territory. The work includes an analysis of the theoretical aspects of investments and their impact on the development of the city's economy. To confirm the theoretical positions, an analysis of major investment projects implemented in St. Petersburg was conducted, and key success factors were identified. Special attention is paid to the role of public-private partnerships and the resolution of land and property relations issues. As a result of the research, recommendations were formulated to improve the efficiency of investment activities in the territory.
