Abstract
Искусство кулинарии и методы его графического представления в последние годы являются предметом последовательного исследования. Мы можем говорить о публикации большого количества кулинарных сборников, в частности, посвященных искусству китайской кухни. Исторические кулинарные книги, графика кулинарных книг и кулинарные книги художников также являются предметом повышенного интереса. В то же время, систематических исследований, посвященных проблемам кулинарии в культурно-художественном контексте, пока относительно немного. В ответ на это мы создали иллюстрированной кулинарной книги с рецептами китайской кухни на русском языке. Таким образом, можно приготовить собственные китайские блюда из простых и доступных российских продуктов.
Кулинарное искусство Китая представляет собой масштабную систему, тесно связанную с культурой и историческим наследием страны. Искусство приготовления пищи и связанные с ней культурно-исторические особенности можно рассматривать как важную составляющую нематериального наследия Китая. Поэтому исследование кулинарной традиции Китая представляется важной составляющей в процессе изучения ее культуры. Графический проект, посвященный кулинарной традиции Китая, призван познакомить зрителя с особенностями национальной кулинарной культуры.
The art of cooking and the methods of its graphic representation have been the subject of consistent research in recent years. We can speak of the publication of a large number of cookbooks, in particular those devoted to the art of Chinese cuisine. Historical cookbooks, cookbook graphics, and artists' cookbooks are also the subject of increased interest. At the same time, however, there are still relatively few systematic studies devoted to culinary issues in cultural and artistic contexts. In response to this, we have created an illustrated cookbook with Chinese recipes in Russian. Thus, you can prepare your own Chinese dishes from simple and affordable Russian products. Culinary art of China is a large-scale system, closely connected with the culture and historical heritage of the country. The art of cooking and related cultural and historical features can be considered as an important component of China's intangible heritage. Therefore, the study of China's culinary tradition seems to be an important component in the process of studying its culture. The graphic project dedicated to the Chinese culinary tradition is intended to introduce the viewer to the peculiarities of the national culinary culture.
