Organisation of social services for elderly citizens, accounting for their self-service abilities

Abstract

Выпускная квалификационная работа «Организация социального обслуживания граждан пожилого возраста с учетом индивидуальных способностей к самообслуживанию» посвящена проблеме организации деятельности системы социального обслуживания. Демографическая ситуация России заключается в большой и увеличивающейся доли пожилых в возрастной структуре населения, а высокая продолжительность жизни обуславливает важность развития и поддержания ресурсов пожилого человека для улучшения его качества жизни. В работе проанализированы теоретические аспекты социального обслуживания, практики учета индивидуальных способностей к самообслуживанию, а также методы развития и поддержания этих способностей в России и за рубежом. В работе присутствует эмпирическое исследование деятельности организаций, проведенная в формате анализа внутриорганизационной документации и проведения фокусированного интервью со специалистами. В заключении описаны результаты приведенного исследования и выработаны рекомендации.Graduation work "Organization of social services for elderly citizens, taking into account the individual ability to self-service" is devoted to the problem of organizing the activities of the social service system. The demographic situation in Russia consists in a large and increasing proportion of older people in the age structure of the population, and a high life expectancy determines the importance of developing and maintaining the resources of an aged person to improve his quality of life. This work analyzes the theoretical aspects of social services, the practice of taking into account individual abilities for self-service, as well as methods for the development and maintenance of these abilities in Russia and abroad. The work contains an empirical research of the activities of organizations, held in the format of analyzing internal organizational documentation and taking focused interviews with specialists.
