Lexical semantic means of expressing requests and demands in modern Russian: A case study of Natalia and Tatiana Tolstaya’s works

Abstract

Магистерская диссертация посвещена изучению лексико-синтаксических средств выражения просьбы и требования в современном русском языке на материале произведений Натальи и Татьяны Толстых. В работе рассматриваются основные вопросы изучения понятий «просьба» и «требование» в коммуникативной лингвистике и дан подробный лексико-синтаксический анализ основных языковых форм выражения данных категорий в русском и китайском языках: эксплицитные и имплицитные формы, повелительное, сослагательное наклонение, вопросительные формы, инфинитив и др. Выявлены также некоторые особенности их употребления в художественном тексте. Итоги исследования могут быть полезны в курсе РКИ.The thesis mainly studies the lexico-syntactic means of expressing ‘request’ and ‘requirement’ in modern Russian based on the novels of Natalia and Tatiana Tolstykh. The thesis analyzes the main problems in the concepts learning of ‘request’ and ‘requirement’ in communicative linguistics, and conducts research on the basic linguistic forms of these impressions in Russian and Chinese from the following aspects: explicit and implicit forms, imperative forms, subjunctive forms, question forms and infinitive forms, etc. Moreover, Some linguistic features of the lexico-syntactic means which are used in the literature works are also revealed. The results of the study can be useful in foreign Russian learning.
