The role of the cadastral valuation in the management of land resources in Saint Petersburg

Выпускная квалификационная работа посвящена вопросам развития системы кадастровой оценки земель населенных пунктов на территории Российской Федерации, а также определению роли данной процедуры в процессе управления земельными ресурсами территории. В работе проведен анализ действующего законодательства, регулирующего процедуру кадастровой оценки в Российской Федерации, рассмотрен международный опыт кадастровой оценки в целях налогообложения, проведен анализ взаимосвязей процесса управления земельными ресурсами и результатов государственной кадастровой оценки на территории Санкт-Петербурга в 2012 и 2013 годах.The final qualification work is devoted to the development of the system of cadastral valuation of the lands of settlements in the territory of the Russian Federation, as well as the definition of the role of this procedure in the process of land management of the territory. The work analyzes the current legislation regulating the cadastral valuation procedure in the Russian Federation, examines the international experience of cadastral valuation for tax purposes, analyzes the interrelationships between the land administration process and the results of the state cadastral valuation in the territory of St. Petersburg in 2012 and 2013.
