Abstract
Выпускная бакалаврская работа посвящена анализу и инженерно-геологической оценке условий строительства административного здания на участке развития торфяных грунтов во Всеволожском районе Ленинградской области. В рамках проведенной работы рассмотрены основные особенности строительства сооружений, в геологическом разрезе которых развит торф, обоснован выбор фундамента для административного здания при наличии в разрезе торфа, произведён расчёт несущей способности сваи различными способами.
Graduation work is devoted to the analysis and geological engineering assessment of the conditions of construction of an administrative building on the site of peat soils in the Vsevolozhsk district of the Leningrad region. Within the framework of the work the main features of the construction of structures in the geological section of which peat is developed, the choice of the foundation for the administrative building in the presence of peat in the section are considered, the calculation of the bearing capacity of the pile is made in various ways.
