Abstract
This paper addresses the formation of corporate entrepreneurship in knowledge intensive Russian IT company. The study is based on longitudinal case, to obtain the results both qualitative and quantitative data collection methods were used. The main purpose of the current research is to study how intrapreneurship is formed in IT company, to identify the most significant factors and to identify how allocation of such factors proceed. As a result, the theoretical model based on 4 different levels, which allow studying intrapreneurship in knowledge intensive IT company was built. The current research brings to the study of corporate entrepreneurship phenomenon the dynamic perspective, retrospectively examining what mechanisms can be used in identifying factors of corporate entrepreneurship formation.
