The distribution of mutations on veron map of complementation of the locus ade2 of Saccharomyces cerevisiae

Abstract

The distribution of mutations induced by different mutagens in ade2 locus of Saccharomyces yeast has been studied. The two ways of simple description of distribution of the mutations on the locus has been found. A hypothesis to explain the distribution of mutations has been proposed.

Было исследовано распределение мутаций, индуцированных разными мутагенами по локусу ade2 у дрожжей-сахаромицетов. Найдены два способа простого описания распределеныя мутаций по локусу. Выдвинута гипотеза, объясняющая распределение мутаций по локусу.
