Gender-based social integration of azerbaijani women

Abstract

The Azerbaijan Republic is one of the most dynamically developing countries of the post-Soviet space. The success of the state in economic modernization, the social sphere and effective external policy in the region where interests of global and regional actors overlap, has recently become the object of voracious study pursued by scholars and experts. Nevertheless, the state faces problems both inherited from the past and generated by processes under way in the contemporary world. The problem of social integration of Azerbaijani youth is one of them. Shifts and transformations in the conventional economy make this problem more relevant.
