Abstract

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Роль конфликтологической компетентности руководителя в развитии организации». Объем выпускной квалификационной работы 48 страниц, он содержит 1 таблицу, 40 источников литературы. Ключевые слова: конфликтологическая компетентность руководителя, развитие организации, управление конфликтами. Объект исследования – организация. Предмет исследования – роль конфликтологической компетентности руководителя в развитии организации. Структура выпускной квалификационной работы подчинена логике решения основной цели и задач данного исследования и состоит из введения, трех глав, заключения и библиографического списка. Во введении обосновывается актуальность выбранной темы, формулируются цель и задачи исследования, указывается объект и предмет исследования. В первой главе раскрывается сущность функционирования и развития организации, а также рассматривается понятие и структурно-содержательные компоненты конфликтологической компетентности. Во второй главе проводится исследование роли руководителя в управлении конфликтами и определяется место конфликтологической компетентности в системе управления конфликтами. В третьей главе описаны методы диагностики и социальные технологии формирования конфликтологической компетентности, а также проанализированы практические методы формирования конфликтологической компетентности руководителя. Заключение содержит основные выводы исследования.

Research subject – organization. Research object – the role of conflictological adequacy of head in the development of organization. Structure of the graduation thesis is regulated by the logics of resolution of the main goals and objectives of this research and consists of introduction, three chapters, conclusion and literature references. The introduction substantiates urgency of the topic selected, states goals and objectives of the research, indicates research subject and object. The first chapter reveals the subject matter of functioning and development of organization and considers definition and structural-substantial components of conflictological adequacy. The second chapter contains the research of the role of head in conflict management and determines the place of conflictological adequacy in the conflict management system. The third chapter describes the methods of diagnostics and social techniques of creation of conflictological adequacy, and analyzes practical techniques of creation of conflictological adequacy. The conclusion contains the main summary of the research.
