Peculiarities of treatment of cardiovascular pathology in elderly patients undergoing long-term hospital care

Abstract

Данная работа была посвящена анализу лечения пациентов пожилого возраста с высоким риском сердечно-сосудистых осложнений. Изучены причины госпитализации в стационар, длительность лечения, летальность. Рассмотрены основные и сопутствующие заболевания пациентов в зависимости от пола. Проведен анализ лечения: частоты назначения медикаментозных препаратов и режима дозирования. Проведено сравнение проведенной терапии с существующими Национальными и Европейскими рекомендациями. В ходе исследования проанализировано 123 истории болезни пациентов и статистический отчет стационара за 2015 год. По результатам работы был сделан вывод, что основной причиной госпитализации пациентов пожилого возраста стали сосудистые заболевания головного мозга и сердца. Проводимая терапия в целом соответствовала рекомендациям. Также отмечено, что у пожилых пациентов препараты использовались в дозах ниже, чем средние терапевтические.

This the qualification work was devoted to the analysis of treatment in elderly patients with a high risk of cardiovascular complications. The reasons for hospitalization in a hospital, duration of treatment, lethality were studied. The main and concomitant diseases of patients, depending on sex, are considered. The analysis of treatment was carried out: the frequency of prescribing medication and the dosing regimen. The performed therapy was compared with the existing National and European recommendations. During the study, 123 patients' medical records and a hospital statistical report for the year 2015 were analyzed. According to the results of the work, it was concluded that the main reason for hospitalization of elderly patients was vascular diseases of the brain and heart. Conducted therapy was generally in line with the recommendations. Also in elderly patients, drugs were used in doses lower than the average therapeutic dose.
