Regional press in French as illustrated by "Le Courrier du Vietnam": The linguocultural aspect

Abstract

Данная работа посвящена выявлению особенностей региональной прессы на французском языке на примере журнала “Le Courrier du Vietnam”, издаваемого в г. Ханой (СРВ), затронутых в журнале национальных реалий и концептов на французском языке, характерных для вьетнамской культуры, трудности, возникающие при переводе вьетнамских национальных реалий на французский и русский языки. Выпускная квалификационная работа изложена на 99 листах, включает 4 таблицы, 1 приложение, 91 литературный и 14 лексикографических источников. Во введении обоснована актуальность темы, поставлена цель написания ВКР, определены объект и предмет исследования, задачи. В первой главе дана общая характеристика региональной прессы, рассмотрен процесс возникновения и развития СМИ во Вьетнаме, а также предложен анализ региональной прессы на примере еженедельника «Le Сourrier du Vietnam». Во второй главе сделан краткий обзор исторических событий, которые непосредственным образом повлияли на развитие вьетнамской культуры. В третьей главе предложена классификация национальных реалий, встречающихся в еженедельнике, способы и проблемы, связанные с их передачей на французский и русский языки. В четвертой главе проведен семантический анализ одного из затронутых в еженедельнике концептов, выявлены его центральные и второстепенные значения во французском, вьетнамском и русском языках и их различия, установлена связь выбранного концепта с некоторыми концептами, характерными для вьетнамской и русской культур, выявлены некоторые различия во вьетнамской, русской и французской концептосферах. Заключение содержит основные выводы, связанные с различными способами передачи вьетнамских национальных реалий на французский и русский языки, предложены варианты перевода некоторых национальных реалий на французский и русский языки, при которых будет передана специфика национальной культуры, заключенная в реалии.

Regional press in French as illustrated by "Le Courrier du Vietnam": The linguocultural aspect. The following work is devoted to the identification of the specifics of the regional press in French and is exemplified through “Le Courrier du Vietnam”, which is published in Hanoi (Vietnam), the national realities and concepts in French language touched upon in the weekly newspaper, typical of Vietnamese culture, the difficulties arising from the translation of the Vietnamese national realities into French and Russian languages. Graduate qualification thesis is presented on 99 sheets, includes 4 tables, 1 appendix, 91 literary and 14 lexicographical sources. The relevance of the topic is justified, the goal of writing a thesis is identified, and the object, the subject and the objectives of the research are determined in the introduction. The first chapter provides a general description of the regional press and also considers the process of emergence and development of media in Vietnam, as well as proposes the analysis of the regional press exemplified through “Le Courrier du Vietnam”. The second chapter provides a brief overview of historical events that have imperatively influenced the development of Vietnamese culture. The third chapter gives the classification of national realities encountered in the weekly, the methods and the problems associated with their translation from Vietnamese into French and Russian languages. In the fourth chapter we carried out a semantic analysis of one of the concepts affected in the weekly and have identified its primary and secondary meanings in French, Vietnamese and Russian languages, along with their differences. The connection of the chosen approach with some concepts characteristic of Vietnamese and Russian cultures is traced within the work as it also reveals some crucial differences between Vietnamese, Russian and French conceptospheres. The conclusion contains the main findings associated with various ways of transferring the Vietnamese national realities into French and Russian languages, proposes some variants of the translations of national realities into French and Russian languages, which will transfer the specifics of the national culture, included into the reality.
