The Enneagram as an instrument of effective communication in conflict

Abstract

АННОТАЦИЯ К диссертации на соискание степени Магистра по направлению 37.04.02 - Конфликтология "Эннеаграмма как инструмент эффективной коммуникации в конфликте" Герасимов С.И. Данное исследование посвящено изучению эннеаграммы как характерологической модели в вопросе ее практического применения при выстраивании и регулировании эффективной коммуникации в конфликте. Объектом исследования выступают характерологические особенности субъектов межличностного конфликтного взаимодействия. Выбор темы исследования обусловлен тем, что популярность эннеаграммы и практика ее применения в управлении конфликтами на сегодняшний день набирает обороты. Изначально данная модель не имела применения в конфликтологии, хотя ее содержание этому положительно способствует. Соответственно, возникла необходимость выработки единого конфликтологического подхода к применению эннеаграммы. Цель исследования - изучить и продемонстрировать конфликтологический потенциал эннеаграммы как характерологической модели в целях ее практического применения для анализа и управления коммуникативными процессами в конфликте, а также дальнейшего совершенствования ее практического применения, внедрения для использования в рамках различных технологий урегулирования конфликтов с позиции непротиворечия их процедуре. Достижению указанной цели служат следующие главные задачи: 1. Обосновать роль и ценность эннеаграммы как типологической модели структуры личности. 2. Отразить психодинамическую природу эннеаграммы в лице таких ее структурных элементов, как крылья и линии соединения. 3. Раскрыть содержание каждого из эннеатипов и конфликтогенные аспекты их поведения. 4. Указать рекомендации для выстраивания эффективной коммуникации в конфликте с носителями каждого из эннеатипов, а также те рекомендации, которые актуальны для использования непосредственно ими. 5. Проверить наличие взаимосвязи между склонностью к выбору той или иной стратегии поведения в конфликте и принадлежностью к тому или иному эннеатипу, по результатам анализа и обработки данных сформировать гипотезу. Выносимые на защиту положения звучат следующим образом: 1. Выстраивание эффективной коммуникации в конфликте требует понимание характерологической специфики оппонента и системного взгляда на эти особенности, что и определяет и ценность эннеаграммы. 2. Эннеаграмма позволяет изучать, предсказывать, направлять и трансформировать поведение участников конфликта, противодействовать возникновению межличностных конфликтов в процессе коммуникации. 3. Эннеаграмма выполняет позитивную функцию в вопросах изучения заложенных в носителя того или иного эннеатипа психологических механизмов, способствующих возникновению и эскалации конфликтов, и способов противодействия таким механизмам.

ANNOTATION To the thesis for a master`s degree in the direction of 37.04.02 - Conflictology "Enneagram as instrument of effective communication in conflict" Gerasimov S.I. This research is devoted to the study of the enneagram as a characterological model in its practical application in the adjustment and regulation of effective communication in the conflict. The object of research is characterological features of subjects of interpersonal conflict interaction. The choice of the theme of the research is due to the fact that the popularity of the enneagram and the practice of application are gaining momentum today. Initially, this model had no application in conflictology, although its content is positively contributing to this. Accordingly, there was a need to develop a single conflictological approach to the application of the enneagram. The purpose of the research is to study and demonstrate the conflictological potential of the enneagram as a characterological model for its practical aplication for the analysis and management of communicative processes in the conflict, as well as further improvement of its practical application, implementation for use in various technologies for conflict resolution from the position of non-contradiction to their procedure. To achieve this purpose serve these main tasks: 1. To substantiate the role and the value of the enneagram as typological model of the personality structure. 2. Reflect the psychodynamic essence of the enneagram in the face of such structural elements as wings and the lines of connection. 3. Disclose the content of each of the enneatypes and conflict-related aspects of their behaviour. 4. Identify recomemndations for building effective communication in conflict with the carriers of each of the enneatypes, as well as those recommendations that are relevant for use directly by them. 5. To check the correlation between the propensity to choose one ar another atrategy of behaviour in the conflict and belonging to one or another of the enneatypes, and to formulate a hypothesis based on the results of analysis and data processing. Provisions to be protected are as follows: 1. Building effective communication in the conflict requires an understanding of the character specifics of the opponent and a systematic view of these features, which determines the value of the enneagram. 2. Enneagram allows to study, predict, direct and transform the behaviour of the participants in the conflict, to counteract the emergence of interpersonal conflicts in the communication process. 3. The enneagram performs a positive function in the study of the psychological mechanisms incorporated into the carrier of one of any enneatype, which contribute to the emergence and escalation of conflicts, and the ways of counteracting to these mechanisms.
