dc.description.abstract | For most modern companies the attraction of employees who meet qualification and personal requirements and who are highly motivated for their job is an issue. The case deals with problems which the famous hotel faces while seeking and selecting staff to fill shortage positions. It can be used for development of analytical skills to decompose strong and weak sides of the employing company, to draw up attraction programs for employees of shortage professions as well as skills to ensure interaction between division heads and the human resources department when required employees are being sought. | ru |
