Attractors and classical stability theory

Abstract

В данной работе введены понятия аттрактора, B-аттрактора и глобального аттрактора. Рассмотрены взаимоотношения между устойчивостью по Ляпунову, устойчивостью по Пуанкаре и устойчивостью по Жуковскому. Понятие неустойчивости по Жуковскому наиболее адекватно для чувствительности траекторий по отношению к начальным данным для непрерывных динамических систем, а для дискретных систем наиболее адекватно понятие неустойчивости по Ляпунову. Также рассмотрено сведение задачи к исследованию нулевого решения.

In this work, definitions of attractor, B-attractor and global attractor were introduced. Relationships between Lyapunov stability, Poincare stability and Zhukovsky stability were considered. The sensitivity of trajectories on strange attractors with respect to the initial data was discussed. Among classical notions of instability which is used for studying strange attractors, the most adequate ones are Zhukovsky instability (in the continuous case) and Lyapunov instability (in the discrete case). Reduction to a study of the zero solution was considered.
