Project for improving the public space "Kudrovo Residents' Park"

Abstract

Актуальность темы обусловлена федеральным проектом “формирование комфортной городской среды” и запросом АНО “Шаги по экотропе” на благоустройство лесопарка в городе Кудрово, в границах улиц Пражская, Центральная, Итальянский переулок.

Целью выпускной квалификационной работы являлось создание комфортной, безопасной и эстетически привлекательной среды для жителей близлежащих домов, а также в улучшении качества жизни и состояния физического и ментального здоровья населения.

В ходе работы над проектом был проведен тщательный анализ существующей территории, включая ее географические, климатические и социальные особенности. Также был проведен анализ аналогов, что позволило выявить наиболее успешные практики и подходы в области ландшафтного дизайна, которые могут быть применены в данном случае.

На основе комплексного анализа территории, а также анализа уже существующих проектов, была сформирована концепция, определившая общий вид и структуру ландшафтного проекта. Она включает в себя планировку зон, определение их функций, а также выбор элементов наполнения: растения, декоративные элементы, элементы освещения и мебели.

Проект содержит: пояснительную записку на 45 страниц; проектную часть на трех выставочных планшетах формата, включающую в себя схемы, 3-D визуализации, компьютерную презентацию.

Проектная часть работы выполнена в связке 3D-модели, созданной в «SketchUp 2023» и постобработки в «Lumion 12.5», чертежи сделаны в «Autodesk AutoCAD 2023», презентационные планшеты собраны в «Adobe Illustrator 2023», верстка пояснительной записки создана в «Microsoft Word 2019».

The relevance of this topic is underscored by the federal initiative "Creating a Comfortable Urban Environment" and the request from the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization "Steps Along the Eco-Trail" for the improvement of the forest park in the city of Kudrovo, within the boundaries of Prague Street, Central Street, and Italian Lane.

The objective of the final qualifying project was to establish a comfortable, secure, and aesthetically appealing environment for the residents of the surrounding dwellings, with the aim of enhancing the quality of life and the physical and mental well-being of the population.

In the course of working on the project, a meticulous analysis of the existing territory was conducted, encompassing its geographical, climatic, and social characteristics. Additionally, an analysis of comparable projects was undertaken, which enabled the identification of the most successful practices and approaches in landscape design that could be applied to this particular case.

Based on a comprehensive analysis of the territory and an examination of existing projects, a concept was developed that defined the overall appearance and structure of the landscape design. This concept encompasses the layout of zones, the determination of their functions, and the selection of elements for enrichment: plants, decorative features, lighting fixtures, and outdoor furniture.

The project contains: explanatory note on 45 sheets; project part on three exhibition format tablets, including schemes, drawings, 3-D visualizations, computer presentation.

The design part of the work is made in a bundle of 3D model created in “SketchUp 2023” and post-processing in “Lumion 12.5”, drawings are made in “Autodesk AutoCAD 2023”, presentation tablets are assembled in “Adobe Illustrator 2023”, layout of the explanatory note is created in “Microsoft Word 2019”.
