The Specifics of Providing Assistance to Adolescent Single Mothers under Conditions of a Metropolis: the Case of St.Petersburg

Abstract

В данной выпускной квалификационной работе исследуется феномен «несовершеннолетних матерей-одиночек», анализируются технологии работы с данной категорией клиентов, рассматривается правовое регулирование вопроса в Российской Федерации и исследуется помощь, оказываемая им в условиях мегаполиса (на примере Санкт-Петербурга). Кроме того, разрабатываются практические рекомендации для развития профилактических технологий подростковой беременности и проводится сравнение опыта зарубежных стран в данном вопросе с опытом России.

This final qualifying work examines the phenomenon of "underage single mothers", analyzes the technologies of working with this category of clients, examines the legal regulation of the issue in the Russian Federation and examines the assistance provided to them in a megalopolis (using the example of St. Petersburg). In addition, practical recommendations are being developed for the development of preventive technologies for teenage pregnancy and the experience of foreign countries in this matter is compared with the experience of Russia.
