Recognition of sound signals in microphone array

Abstract

В данной работе рассматривается задача определения расположения источника звука по записям, полученным из микрофонного массива. Ключевой особенностью является предложенный метод по улучшению результатов работы алгоритма, основанный на оценке параметров микрофонов. Также предоставляются результаты проведенных экспериментов, приводится сравнение работы прямого и модифицированного алгоритмов. Результаты показывают заметное улучшение в точности.

In this thesis the problem of determining the location of the sound source by the records obtained from the microphone array is considered. A key feature of this thesis is the proposed method to improve precision of the original algorithm. The method is based on microphone parameters estimation. Also results of experiments and comparison of direct and modified algorithms are included. Results show noticeable precision improvements.
