Abstract

Актуальность данной темы заключается в том, что новые экономические условия заставляют исследователей и практиков в нашей стране искать адекватные формы, методы и инструменты стратегического управления в регионе, в частности пытаться, исходя из опыта зарубежных стран, применять к региональным системам принципы и методы стратегического управления, реализованные на уровне предприятий. При разработке стратегий развития регионов практически не уделяется внимание анализу предприятий регионов, их роли в обеспечении устойчивого роста социально-экономического развития и в формировании стратегии развития. Цель работы. Цель данной работы – выявить и обосновать необходимость проведения финансового анализа предприятий для совершенствования стратегического управления регионами России. Практическая значимость. Практическая значимость исследования заключается в возможности применения разработанной методики учета деятельности предприятия в процессе проведения стратегического анализа, корректировки стратегии социально-экономического развития Ленинградской области до 2030 года и управления реализацией стратегии Ленинградской области. Методика может быть применена и для других регионов России. Результаты исследования. Произведена оценка крупнейших предприятий Ленинградской области с помощью расчета индекса экономической и финансовой устойчивости предприятия. Всего была оценена 31 компания. Проведён анализ социально-экономического развития Ленинградкой области, выявлены его особенности. Сделаны выводы о влиянии крупнейших предприятий региона на его развитие. Была предложена собственная методика оценки влияния предприятий на социально-экономическое развитие региона. Структура и объем. В ВКР входит введение, 3 главы, заключение, список используемой литературы. Объем работы – 75 стр. Список использованных источников насчитывает 46 наименований. Работа включает 15 таблиц и 11 рисунков. Ключевые слова: регион, устойчивое социально-экономическое развитие, финансовый анализ, стратегическое управление, влияние предприятий.

The assessment of the largest enterprises of the Leningrad region was made by calculating the index of economic and financial stability of the enterprise. A total of 31 companies were evaluated.
