National environmental strategies of East Asian countries (Japan, South Korea, China) in the context of the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals

Abstract

Данная выпускная квалификационная работа посвящена исследованию национальных природоохранных стратегий трех стран Восточной Азии: Японии, Южной Кореи и Китая в контексте реализации Целей устойчивого развития Организации Объединенных Наций. Работа состоит из введения, 3 глав, 6 пунктов и заключения. Иллюстративный материал представлен в трех приложениях. Объектом исследования в настоящей курсовой работе является природоохранная политика стран Восточной Азии (на примере Японии, Южной Кореи и Китая). Предметом исследования являются межгосударственные связи и природоохранные приоритеты указанных стран в области в области реализации ЦУР ООН. Цель настоящей работы заключается в том, чтобы на основе рассмотренных теоретических аспектов и анализа деятельности правительств Китая, Южной Кореи и Японии в рамках заданной проблематики определить наиболее эффективные аспекты природоохранных стратегий устойчивого развития этих стран. При проведении обзора литературы, исследований, статистических данных и изучении природоохранного законодательства и систем ответственных органов рассматриваемых стран, были выявлены наиболее успешные аспекты стратегий. Был проведен сравнительный анализ национальных природоохранных стратегий, выявлены общие тенденции и различия в подходах. Данная работа является актуальным исследованием, которое вносит свой вклад в понимание и сравнение природоохранных стратегий указанных стран, а также может служить основой для дальнейших исследований в области устойчивого развития и природоохранной политики стран Восточной Азии.

This final qualifying work is devoted to the study of national environmental strategies of the three East Asian countries: Japan, South Korea and China in the context of the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations. The work consists of an introduction, 3 chapters, 6 sections and a conclusion. The illustrative material is presented in three appendices. The object of research in this paper is the environmental policy of East Asian countries (on the example of Japan, South Korea and China). The subject of the study is interstate relations and environmental priorities of these countries in the field of the implementation of the UN SDGs. The purpose of this work is to determine the most effective aspects of environmental strategies for sustainable development of these countries on the basis of the theoretical aspects considered and the analysis of the activities of the governments of China, South Korea and Japan within the framework of a given issue. During the review of literature, research, statistical data and the study of environmental legislation and the systems of responsible authorities of the countries under consideration, the most successful aspects of the strategies have been identified. A comparative analysis of national environmental strategies has been carried out, as a result of which, common trends and differences in approaches have been identified. This work is a relevant research that contributes to the understanding and comparison of environmental strategies of these countries, and can also serve as a basis for further research in the field of sustainable development and environmental policy of East Asian countries.
