Motivational types and word formation means typical for the thematic group "names of berries" in the Russian language (against the background of Chinese)

Abstract

Данная работа посвящена исследованию словообразовательных и мотивационных признаков существительных, называющих ягоды в русском и в китайском языках. Названия ягод были проанализированы в аспекте этимологии, словообразования, лексического значения и мотивационных отношений. В результате установлено, что в основе названий ягод лежат не только внешние признаки (цвет, форма), но и другие, такие как запах, ядовитость и место произрастания, которые отражаются в корнях слов.

This work is devoted to the study of derivational and motivational features of nouns that call berries in Russian and Chinese. The names of berries were analyzed in terms of etymology, word formation, lexical meaning and motivational relationships. As a result, it was found that the names of berries are based not only on external features (color, shape), but also others, such as smell, poisonousness and place of growth, which are reflected in the roots of words.
