dc.description.abstract | Выпускная квалификационная работа состоит из введения, трех глав, списка литературы, заключения. Во введении обоснована актуальность выбранной темы, поставлена цель и задачи исследования. В первой главе «Основания возникновения, состав и содержание правоотношений при трансплантации органов человека» представлены: основные понятия, механизмы и правоотношения, возникающие при трансплантации органов. Определены правовые источники, регламентирующие данную сферу. Рассмотрены методы и специфика организации изъятия органов, а также методы исследования процедуры. определены и проанализированы особенности отечественного и зарубежного опыта трансплантации органов и тканей. Во второй главе «Сравнительный анализ правового регулирования органного донорства за рубежом и в России» представлена краткая характеристика трансплантология в различных странах и проведен анализ религиозного отношения к данному процессу основных мировых религий. Рассмотрена организационная структура стационара, выполняющего данные операции. Проанализированы показатели эффективности выполнения трансплантации органов в России и других странах. В третьей главе «Пути совершенствования законодательства России по трансплантации органов человека.» представлены мероприятия по оптимизации (улучшению) процесса трансплантации органов и тканей в России, а также просчитан экономический эффект от их применения и усовершенствования законодательства. В заключении приведены основные выводы, полученные в результате проведенного исследования. | ru_RU |
dc.description.abstract | The final qualifying work consists of an introduction, three chapters, a list of references, and a conclusion. The introduction substantiates the relevance of the chosen topic, sets the purpose and objectives of the study. In the first chapter, "The grounds for the emergence, composition and content of legal relations in human organ transplantation", the following are presented: basic concepts, mechanisms and legal relations arising during organ transplantation. The legal sources regulating this sphere are defined. Methods and specifics of organ removal organization, as well as methods of procedure investigation are considered. the features of the domestic and foreign experience of organ and tissue transplantation are identified and analyzed. The second chapter "Comparative analysis of the legal regulation of organ donation abroad and in Russia" presents a brief description of transplantology in various countries and analyzes the religious attitude of the main world religions to this process.
