Аннотация Настоящая выпускная квалификационная работа написано Калининой Валерией Дмитриевной, бакалавриантом экономического факультета Санкт-Петербургского Государственного университета группы ЭПП-4. Целью данной работы является исследование проблем евроинтеграции в связи с расширением Евросоюза. Работа состоит из введения, двух глав, заключения и списка использованной литературы. В первой главе "Теоретические проблемы евроинтеграции в связи с расширением Евросоюза" рассмотрены европейские процессы региональной интеграции в контексте мировых интеграционных процессов; теоретические концепции интеграции (включая интерговернментализм, новый регионализм и открытый регионализм), а также дан анализ динамического изменения моделей европейской интеграции. Во второй главе "Практические проблемы евроинтеграции в связи с расширением Евросоюза" рассмотрены волны расширения ЕС, мероприятия необходимые для вступления в ЕС, Восточное партнерство, проблемы расширения ЕС, отношение ЕС к проблемам членов ЕС, сотрудничество ЕС с Россией и сравнительный анализ негативных или положительных перспектив для стран, вступающих в ЕС. В заключении представлены общие выводы по всей проделанной работе. Для российской теории и практики исследование проблем ЕС особенно актуально в связи с тем, что Россия в настоящее время создает собственные интеграционные объединения, и учет и систематизация опыта ЕС позволяет заимствовать полезные и эффективные схемы работы, и избежать уже сделанные в Европе ошибки.

Annotation

In this qualification work written by Kalinina Valeria Dmitrievna bachelor in economics, faculty of economics of Saint-Petersburg State University, group EPL-4. Aim of this work is research of problems of Europe integration in connection with European Union expansion. Agenda of this work is: introduction, two chapters, conclusion and bibliography. In the first chapter “Theoretical problems of Europe integration in connection with Europe Union expansion” European processes of regional integration are examined in context of worldwide integration processes; theoretical concept of integration (including intergovernmental, new regionalism and open regionalism). Moreover, the dynamic changes of models of European integration are analyzed. In the second chapter “Practical problems of European integration in connection with European Union expansion” expansion waves of the EU are examined, measures which are required for entering into the EU, Western partnership, problems of the EU expansion, attitude of the EU to the problems of the participants of the EU, cooperation and collaboration of the EU and Russia and comparative analysis of negative and positive perspectives for the countries which enter the EU. In the conclusion overall withdrawals of the whole work are represented. For Russia theory and practice this research of problems of EU are especially relevant because nowadays Russia is trying to create their own integrational unions. Accounting and systematization of the experience of the UE allows adopt useful and effective schemes of work and avoid mistakes that are already made in the EU practice.
