| ru_RU |
dc.description.abstract | Maintaining and strengthening the health of workers is the most important task for medicine in the modern world. The development of health promotion programmes based on information about their health status seems to be more effective than general health measures. The main purpose of the paper is to evaluate the efficacy of health promotion programmes for employees (“Healthy Back”) employed in unhealthy working conditions at the car factory in St. Petersburg. The research included an analysis of the results of preventive medical examinations, an analysis of the structure of morbidity of workers in the whole factory and in certain departments (bodywork, assembly, painting, technical service department) in 2019 and 2021. As the activities of the program are mainly aimed at the prevention of pathology leading to back pain, then special attention was paid to the dynamics of this nosology. It has been found that in 2021 there was a significant decrease in the frequency of occurrence of pathologies leading to back pain in the bodywork, assembly, painting departments. It’s suggested that the use of employee wellness programs has a positive effect on the employees’ health, reduces their morbidity. | en_GB |
