Digitalization in the Selection of Personnel in Large Russian Companies

Abstract

Цель работы: исследование уровня развития цифровизации при подборе персонала в российских компаниях. Данная выпускная квалификационная работа выполнена в формате эмпирического исследования. Первичные данные были собраны при помощи проведения 3 экспертных интервью с представителями российских компаний. В роли вторичных данных использованы исследования, которые раскрывают состояние цифровизованности российских компаний, цифровизованности HR-отделов и департаментов, а также исследования, которые раскрывают уровень цифровизации подбора в российских компаниях. Результатами работы являются выделение основных тенденций цифровизации при отборе, а также описание уровня цифровизации отбора российских компаний, описание барьеров для цифровизации отбора.

The purpose of the diploma paper: to study the level of digitalization development in the recruitment of personnel in Russian companies. This final qualifying work was carried out in the format of an empirical study. The primary data were collected by conducting 3 expert interviews with representatives of Russian companies. In the role of secondary data, studies were used that reveal the state of digitalization of Russian companies, digitalization of HR departments and departments, as well as studies that reveal the level of digitalization of recruitment in Russian companies. The results of the work are the identification of the main trends of digitalization in the selection, as well as a description of the level of digitalization of the selection of Russian companies, a description of barriers to digitalization of selection.
