Interaction between mothers and their pre-term babies at hospital during feeding

Abstract

Для изучения особенностей взаимодействия матерей и недоношенных детей в стационаре в ситуации кормления было проведено обследование 16 пар матерей и детей, находящихся на отделениях новорожденных «Детской Городской Больницы № 17 Св. Николая Чудотворца». 10 матерей имели недоношенных детей и 6 матерей имели доношенных детей. Психологические и социально-демографические характеристик матерей и детей изучались с помощью следующих методик: авторской анкеты, опросника Спилбергера-Ханина, шкалы депрессии Бека, варианта методики личностного дифференциала. Оценка взаимодействия матери и ребенка в ситуации кормления была проведена с помощью видеометодики Аринциной-Ивановой. Математико-статистический анализ данных показал, что у матерей недоношенных детей уровень ситуативной тревожности значимо ниже, чем у матерей госпитализированных доношенных детей. Исследование характеристик грудного вскармливания показало, что матери недоношенных детей имеют меньше возможность осуществлять грудное вскармливание и лактация у части из них уже угасла. Изучение взаимодействия матерей и детей в ситуации кормления показало, что в группах нет отличий по уровневым значениям, но имеются различия в структуре взаимосвязей характеристик взаимодействия. В целом можно говорить о том, что в ситуации кормления в стационаре в ранний послеродовый период в парах матерей и недоношенных детей наблюдается меньше проявлений сформированности диады, чем в парах матерей и доношенных детей.

Mathematical and statistical analysis of data showed that mothers of preterm infants the level of anxiety significantly lower than that of mothers of hospitalized term infants. The study of the characteristics of breastfeeding shows that mothers of premature infants have less ability to implement breastfeeding and lactation some of them have already faded. A study of the interaction of mothers and children in the situation of feeding showed that in groups, there are differences in the level values, but there are differences in the structure of the relationships between characteristics of the interaction. In General we can say that in the situation of feeding in hospital in early postpartum period in pairs of mothers and premature infants less observed manifestations of the formation of the dyad than in pairs of mothers and term infants.
