Characteristics of relations with a mother of patients with anorexia nervosa

Исследовались личностные особенности больных нервной анорексией: отношение к матери, временная перспектива, фиксация на образе матери, а также соотношение этих показателей по группе сравнения. Было обследовано 11 пациентов с диагнозом нервная анорексия и 12 человек без данного диагноза. Измерялись: временная перспектива (Опросник временной перспективы Зимбардо, методика Семантического дифференциала Л.И.Вассермана), отношение в семье (Биографический опросник, Шкала семейного окружения), отношение к матери (Имплицитный апперцептивный тест А.Гринвальда, группа незаконченных предложений отношение к матери из теста Сакса-Леви, методика Подросткам о родителях Л.И. Вассермана). Обработка данных: сравнение средних. Результаты: наличие диагноза нервная анорексия некоторым способом определяет отношение к матери пациентов с этим диагнозом, а, так же конфликтные семейные отношения. Кроме того, четко определяется взаимосвязь между наличием диагноза нервная анорексия и временной перспективой испытуемых. Так же, вероятно, можно предположить, что уровень нейротизма клинической группы зависит от тяжести конфликтной ситуации в семье. Таким образом имеет место определенная взаимосвязь между временной перспективой, отношением к матери и наличием у испытуемых диагноза нервная анорексия.

We investigated the personality characteristics of patients with anorexia nervosa: relation to the mother, time perspective, the fixation on the image of the mother as well as the relationship between these indicators in the comparison group. The study involved 11 patients diagnosed with anorexia nervosa and 12 people without this diagnosis. We measured: time perspective (Zimbardo Time Perspective Inventory, the Semantic Differential Technique L.I.Vasserman), family relations (biographical questionnaire, family environment scale), the attitude of the mother (Implicit Apperception Test (A.Grinvald), a group of unfinished proposals related to the mother of Sachs-Levy test, method Teens of parents L.I. Wasserman). Data processing: comparison of average. The results: the presence of the diagnosis of anorexia nervosa in some way defines the relationship to the mother of patients with this diagnosis, but also conflicting family relationships. In addition, clearly defined relationship between the presence of the diagnosis of anorexia nervosa and a time perspective of the subjects. As well, you can probably assume that the level of neuroticism clinical group depends on the severity of the conflict situation in the family. Therefore, there is a definite relationship between time perspective, the attitude of the mother and the presence of the subjects of the diagnosis of anorexia nervosa.
