The problem of the origins of legal nihilism

Abstract

Главной целью работы является анализ и установление истоков правового нигилизма. Данный вопрос я рассматривала с позиций апостола Павла, Мартина Хайдеггера и Фридриха Ницше. Далее я проанализировала развитие европейского права со времен античности. В следующей главе поднимается вопрос вседозволенности в условиях отсутствия Бога и завершается работа исследованием проблемы распространения правового нигилизма в русской традиции.

The main objective is to analyze the origins and establishment of legal nihilism. This issue, I considered from the standpoint of the Apostle Paul, Martin Heidegger and Nietzsche. Next, I examined the development of European law since antiquity. In the next chapter raises the question of permissiveness in the absence of God and at the final - study the proliferation of legal nihilism in the Russian tradition.
