Reactualization of antiquity in Postmodernism

Abstract

В настоящей работе исследуется состояние постмодерна – состояние, наступившее после окончания эпохи Модерна. Вместе с тем, поднимается вопрос, закончился ли постмодерн или нет. Автор приходит к убеждению, что постмодерн всё ещё не завершён. В этом свете, темы, которые были подняты и разработаны в постмодерне, представляют интерес и сегодня. Одной из таких тем является пере-прочтение античности, которая в состоянии постмодерна получает новые трактовки и интерпретации.

This present paper takes as an object the state of postmodern – the state, that came after the ending of the age of Modern. At the same time the paper examines the question: has the state of postmodern finished or not? The author comes to the conclusion that it hasn’t. If so, themes and questions that were risen up and examined in the state of postmodern are still actual today. One of these themes is the re-reading of the classical antiquity . In the state of postmodern it receives new interpretations.
