| ru_RU |
dc.description.abstract | Studies of the mechanisms of processing multimodal texts are of high priority, as semiotically heterogeneous texts are increasingly used both in the scientific environment and in everyday life. The paper describes the specifics of processing and various types of texts studying Russian as a foreign language; comparing their perception with each other and the successful one in which text format is better perceived by native speakers of the Russian language who study it as a foreign language. The stimulating material was four texts about interesting facts from the biographies of Russian writers. Each text is presented in four formats: infographics, audiotext, infographics combined with audiotext, plain text format. The success of understanding the texts was assessed using the method of lacunar texts, the question-answer method, the method of keywords and the subjective assessment of the participants. The results of the study, which involved 32 foreigners and 32 native speakers of Russian as a native language in the control group, made it possible to build a hierarchy of formats in terms of the success of their perception and understanding: written text - infographics - polymodal text - audiotext. | en_GB |
