Проект содержит: пояснительную записку на 38 листах; иллюстративное приложение на 20 листах; проектную часть на одном выставочном планшете формата 1400*4000 включающую в себя схемы, чертежи, 3-D визуализации, компьютерную презентацию. 1.Актуальность работы обусловлена тем, что сегодня город Анадырь является крупным административным и промышленным центром Дальневосточного региона. Несмотря на то, что в жизни города есть культурная составляющая и элементы значительной архитектуры и форм дизайна среды, их очевидно недостаточно для нормального функционирования социума. В связи с отсутствием объектов культуры и запоминающейся архитектуры сегодня Анадырь сильно обеднен. Городская набережная анадырского лимана в настоящее время включена в список возможной реконструкции, выполняемой за счет средств государства. 2.Цель работы: разработка проекта средового решения прибрежной территории г. Анадырь, которая поможет улучшить имидж города, создать знаковый городской пейзаж и дизайн-код современного города-порта, привлечь молодежь к жизни в городе и заинтересовать туристов 3.Задачиработы： 1. Изучить местоположение и описание г. Анадырь 2. Изучить историческую справку, культуру и достопримечательности г. Анадырь 3. Описать фестивали и культурные мероприятия, проводимые в г. Анадырь 4. Изучить городские условия, описать преимущества и недостатки г. Анадырь. 5. Выполнить градостроительный анализ участка проектирования. 6. Изучить аспекты проектирования городских площадей в контексте культурных центров различных стран. 7. Изучить примеры планирования организации дизайн среды и зеленых насаждений в общественных пространствах других регионах России и мира. 8. Разработать концепцию проекта 9. Выполнить предварительную концепцию перепланировки рельефа местности 10. Разработать сценарий посещения проектируемых общественных пространств 11. Выполнить предварительный проект новых культурных и рекреационных сооружений 4.Краткое описание работы. 4.1Изученный материал и структура пояснительной записки. В ходе выполнения дипломного проекта, был проведен анализ территории и проанализирован мировой опыт развития рынков. Пояснительная записка состоит из введения, где выявлены проблемы, формируются цель и задачи. В первой главе описываются исторические сведения о территории проектирования, инженерное решение зданий, современное состояние, функциональное использование и проекты развития территории. Во второй главе проводится комплексный анализ мирового опыта развития аналогов проектируемой территории и примеры организации городских общественных пространств и ландшафтов. Третья глава посвящена концепции проекта, функциональному зонированию, транспортно-пешеходной зоне, объемно-пространственному решению. В приложение указан список литературы и электронные ресурсы, включающие в себя 32 источников. 4.2. Разработанные проектные предложения. В рамках проекта реконструкции береговой линии Анадыря и создания дизайн-кода современного города порта необходимо перепланировать использование в настоящее время градостроительно неурегулированной территории и спроектировать дизайн-среду, объединяющую новые и существующие здания, сооружения и уникальный природный ландшафт анадырского лимана. На полуострове в устье реки Казачка предлагается создать два новых городских центра культурный центр и арт-центр. Культурный центр построен вокруг городского музея и памятника. Там же предполагается строительство новой городской площади и смотровой площадки. Центр искусств окружает зеленый парк в северной части данного полуострова. 5. Краткое описание методик, технологий и программного обеспечения, используемого при подготовке к ВДП. Проектная часть работы выполнена в 3D-модели, созданной в «SketchUp 2019» и «SketchUp Enscape 2.9.1», чертежи сделаны в «AutoCAD 2019», верстка презентационных планшетов и компоновка собрана в «Procrate», , пояснительная записка создана в «WPS office».

The city embankment of the Anadyr estuary is currently included in the list of possible reconstruction carried out at the expense of the state. 2.Purpose of work: development of a draft environmental solution for the coastal area of Anadyr, which will help improve the image of the city, create a landmark urban landscape and a design code for a modern port city, attract young people to life in the city and interest tourists 3.Tasks: Work tasks: 1. 1. The first chapter describes the historical information about the design area, the engineering solution of buildings, the current state, functional use and development projects of the area. The second chapter provides a comprehensive analysis of the world experience in the development of analogues of the projected territory and examples of the organization of urban public spaces and landscapes. The third chapter is devoted to the concept of the project, functional zoning, transport and pedestrian zone, volumetric-spatial solution. The appendix contains a list of references and electronic resources, including 32 sources. 4.2. Developed project proposals. As part of the project to reconstruct the coastline of Anadyr and create a design code for a modern port city, it is necessary to re-plan the use of the currently unregulated urban area and design a design environment that combines new and existing buildings, structures and the unique natural landscape of the Anadyr estuary. On the peninsula at the mouth of the Kazachka River, it is proposed to create two new urban centers, a cultural center and an art center. The cultural center is built around the city museum and monument. It is also planned to build a new city square and an observation deck there. The Arts Center is surrounded by a green park in the northern part of the peninsula. 5. A brief description of the techniques, technologies and software used in the preparation for the VAR.
