Geological features and specifics of ore mineralization in the Hirvilampi massif (South Karelia)

Abstract

Данная работа посвящена массиву Хирвилампи, находящийся на листе P-36-XIV. Это один из многих раннепротерозойских массивов габбро-долеритового состава, находящийся в пределах южного Карельского Кратона. До появления данной работы, объект никогда и никем не изучался, поэтому целью работы состояла в изучении закономерностей его геологического строения, а также в выявлении рудной минерализации. Результаты данной работы могут быть впоследствии полезны, для дальнейшего изучении других подобных массивов.

This paper is devoted to the array Hirvilampi, located on the sheet P-36-XIV. This is one of the many Early Proterozoic gabbro-dolerite massifs located within the southern Karelian Kraton. Before the advent of this work, the object was never studied by anyone, therefore the purpose of the work was to study the patterns of its geological structure, as well as to identify ore mineralization. The results of this work may later be useful for further study of other similar arrays.
