GR communications in health care

Аннотация выпускной квалификационной работы Суфияровой Виктории Эдуардовны «GR-коммуникации в сфере здравоохранения» Н.рук. – Ачкасова Вера Алексеевна, профессор, доктор политических наук Кафедра связей с общественностью в политике и государственном управлении СПбГУ Очная форма обучения Выпускная квалификационная работа посвящена исследованию специфики применения технологий ивент-менеджмент и медиа-рилейшнз в GR-коммуникации в сфере здравоохранения. Актуальность данной работы обусловлена тем, что роль по выстраиванию отношений с представителями власти зачастую отводится административным сотрудникам, руководителям непосредственно самих медицинских учреждений, не имеющим профильного образования. GR-специалистов в сфере здравоохранения мало, а руководство медицинских организаций не обладает профессиональными знаниями для максимально эффективного выстраивания коммуникаций с властью. Объект – GR-коммуникации в сфере здравоохранения. Предмет – особенности коммуникативных технологий в процессе взаимодействия представителей медицинских учреждений и власти. Цель исследования – выявить механизмы формирования имиджа медицинского учреждения в органах власти с помощью технологий ивент-менеджмента и медиа-рилейшнз. Задачи: 1. определить понятие GR-коммуникации и его основных составляющих; 2. проанализировать особенности информационных и событийных технологий; 3. оценить влияние информационных и событийных технологий на статус учреждения; 4. выявить особенности взаимодействия государственных медицинских учреждений с органами власти. 5. выявить роль специальных событий как площадок для взаимодействия органов власти и представителей сферы здравоохранения; 6. определить специфику средств массовой информации как канала обмена информацией в сфере здравоохранения. Методами исследования являются общенаучные методы анализа и синтеза, метод кейс-стади, экспертное интервью. Теоретическую основу исследования составили научные работы таких отечественных и зарубежных специалистов, как И.Е. Минтусов, О.Г. Филатова, Л. В. Сморгунова, Л. Н. Тимофеевой, В.А. Ачкасова, У. Хальцбаур, Э. Йеттингер и другие. Эмпирической основой работы являются профильные медицинские порталы, электронные издания, информационные агентства. Дипломная работа состоит из введения, двух глав, заключения и списка использованной литературы.

GR-specialists in the field of health care are few, and the management of medical organizations do not have the professional knowledge for the most effective building of communications with the authorities. The object - GR-communications in the field of health. The subject is the peculiarities of communicative technologies in the process of interaction between representatives of medical institutions and authorities. The purpose of the research is to identify ways of forming the image of a medical institution in authorities with the help of technologies of event management and media-relations. Objectives: 1. definition of the concept of GR-communication and their main components; 2. analysis of information and event technology features; 3. assessment of the impact of information and event technologies on the status of the institution; 4. analysis of special events as platforms for interaction between government bodies and representatives of the healthcare sector; 5. definition of specificity of mass media as a channel for information exchange in the field of health care; 6. identification of the specifics of interaction between state medical institutions and authorities. Methods of research are general scientific methods of analysis and synthesis, case study method, expert interview. The theoretical background of our research is formed by the academic works by such Russian and foreign experts as I.E. Mintusov, O.G. Filatovа, L. V. Smorgunova, L.N. Timofeeva, V.A. Achkasova, W. Halzbauer and E. Yettinger The empirical basis of the work are medical portals, electronic publications, news agencies, expert interviews. The research structure consists of an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion and a list of used literature.
