The comparative characteristic of "the harmony of vowels" in modern literary Turkish and modern literary Tatar

Abstract

Согласно названию, данная работа посвящена явлению сингармонизма в двух тюркских языках разных групп — турецкого , относящегося к огузской группе, и татарского, относящегося к кипчакской группе. Явление сингармонизма в тюркских языках всегда привлекало внимание многих исследователей-тюркологов и теоретиков общего языкознания. Особенно отмечается, что на протяжении многих столетий тюркские языки влияли друг на друга, а также менялись под влиянием языков других групп. Данная работа прежде всего касается современного турецкого и татарского языков и подробно описывает их общие черты, а также отличительные особенности. Тема исследуется на основе трудов отечественных и зарубежных специалистов по общей, функциональной, сопоставительной, типологической и сравнительно-исторической лингвистике. Следует отметить, что предпринята попытка проведения комплексной сравнительной характеристики особенностей сингармонизма двух тюркских языков разных групп.

As the title implies this work describes the phenomenon of vowel harmony in two Turkic languages of different groups - Turkish language, belonging to Oguz group, and Tatar language, belonging to Kypchak group. The phenomenon of vowel harmony in Turkic languages has always drawn attention from many scientists-turkologists as well as theorists of general linguistics. It is specially noted that throughout centuries Turkiс languages have been influencing each other and changing under influence of languages from other groups. This work primarily deals with modern Turkish and Tatar languages and analyzes their common features and particular qualities as well. The topic is examined on the basis of works of domestic and foreign specialists in general, functional, contrastive, typological and comparative-historic linguistics. It should be emphasized that an attempt has been made to carry out complex comparative characterization of particular qualities of vowel harmony in two Turkic languages belonging to different groups.
