Building syntactic analysis rules of user requests in a question answering system

Abstract

В данной работе описывается задача построения синтаксических правил для обработки запросов пользователя в ситуации информационного диалога с диалоговой системой. В работе дан обзор диалоговых систем и различных попыток решить проблему извлечения информации из реплик пользователя, а также описано общее состояние разработок в области извлечения информации из русскоязычных текстов. В практической части описаны синтаксические правила, написанные в рамках грамматики парсера Helis, объединяющей грамматику непосредственных составляющих и грамматику зависимостей; приведен анализ работы итогового набора правил.

This paper describes the problem of constructing rules of syntactic analysis of user requests in an informational dialogue with a dialog system. The paper gives an overview of dialog systems and various attempts to solve the problem of Information Extraction from user replies, as well as a description of the general state of development in the field of Information Extraction from Russian texts. Chapter 3 describes the rules created for the grammar of the Helis parser that combines the constituency grammar and the dependency grammar, and gives an analysis of how well the final ruleset works.
