Cash flow management in the retail sector

Abstract

В рамках данной выпускной квалификационной работы проведено исследование теоретических аспектов управления денежными потоками предприятия, а также особенностей такого управления в рамках одной из быстроразвивающихся компаний сферы розничной торговли – ООО «Лента». Основываясь на анализе текущего положения компании и особенностей построения ее системы управления денежными потоками, автором работы был выявлен ряд проблем и предложены мероприятия по совершенствованию данной системы. Реализация цели и задач исследования обусловила структуру и логику работы: она представлена в четырех главах. Первая глава посвящена анализу понятий «денежный поток» и «управление денежными потоками», а также выявлению особенностей движения денежных средств, присущих сфере ритейла. Во второй главе проанализированы этапы управления денежными потоками. Третья глава посвящена изучению финансового состояния ООО «Лента», выделению ключевых особенностей ее взаимоотношений с государством, покупателями, поставщиками товаров и банками. В рамках последней главы проведен анализ существующей системы управления денежными потоками: ее составляющих элементов, потоков информации, применяемых методов на каждом из этапов управления. По итогам анализа сформулированы основные проблемы и предложены меры по усовершенствованию системы управления денежными потоками компании. Дипломная работа выполнена на 123 страницах, включает 17 приложений, 24 таблицы и 11 рисунков. Список использованной литературы включает 67 источников.

The graduation qualification paper is devoted to the research of the theoretical aspects of cash flow management of the enterprise, as well as the features of such management within one of the fastest growing companies in the retail sector – LLC "Lenta". Has based on the analysis of the company’s current situation and the construction of its cash flow management system, the author identified a number of problems and proposed measures to improve the system. The realization of the purpose and objectives of the study determined the structure and logic of the work: it is presented in four chapters. The first chapter is devoted to the analysis of the concepts of "cash flow" and "cash flow management", as well as the identification of features of cash flow in the retail sector. The second chapter includes information about stages of cash flow management. The third chapter is devoted to the study of the financial position of LLC "Lenta", highlighting the key aspects of its relations with the state, buyers, suppliers of goods and banks. In the last chapter, the analysis of the existing cash flow management system is carried out: its constituent elements, information flows, methods used at each stage of management. The results of the analysis became the basis for formulating the main problems and proposing measures to improve the company's cash flow management system. There are 123 pages in the graduation work, it includes 17 applications, 24 tables and 11 diagrams. The reference list includes 67 sources.
