Abstract

Выпускная квалификационная работа на тему «Оценочные процедуры в управлении персоналом» содержит 78 страниц текста, 21 рисунок, 6 таблиц, 12 приложений. Список использованных источников содержит 77 наименование. Основная цель исследования выпускной квалификационной работы – анализ оценочных процедур в рамках процесса управления персоналом на примере компании ООО «Газпром межрегионгаз Санкт-Петербург». Актуальность выбранной темы обусловлена отсутствием единых, общепризнанных методологических подходов к оценке персонала в организации, а также использованием многими современными российскими организациями классических оценочных процедур в рамках управления персоналом, а именно аттестации и квалификационного экзамена, что, зачастую не отвечает требованиям современного управления и не является эффективным методом оценки персонала. В выпускной квалификационной работе представляются теоретические подходы к применению оценочных процедур в управлении персоналом, а именно: представляются основные теоретические подходы, рассматриваются виды оценочных процедур, а также сущностные характеристики оценки персонала (цели, задачи, функции, принципы). В рамках выпускной квалификационной работы также изучаются особенности оценочных процедур в современном управлении персоналом, в том числе разбираются современные методы оценки персонала, показывается технология оценочных процедур, приводится опыт российских и зарубежных компаний в применении оценочных процедур. В выпускной квалификационной работе проводится анализ оценки персонала в ООО «Газпром межрегионгаз Санкт-Петербург», а именно: приводятся аналитическая справка об организационной структуре и социально-экономической деятельности компании, её кадровая политика, осуществляется анализ эффективности оценочных процедур, проводимых в компании. Результатом работы становится разработка ряда рекомендаций по совершенствованию оценочных процедур в современном управлении персоналом на базе компании ООО «Газпром межрегионгаз Санкт-Петербург», включающая внедрение новой технологии оценочных процедур и оценку её экономической эффективности. Практическая значимость выпускной квалификационной работы заключается в предложении практических шагов по модернизации «устаревшей» системы оценочных процедур в конкретной компании, которые способны как повысить оптимизировать деятельность кадровой службы, так и в целом повысить эффективность управления персоналом.

Graduation thesis on the topic “Evaluation procedure in the personnel management” contains 78 pages, 21 figures, 6 tables, 12 annexes. The list of references includes 77 items. The main purpose of the study is the analysis of evaluation procedures as part of the personnel management process using an example of OOO “Gazprom Mezhregiongaz St. Petersburg” company. The relevance of the chosen topic is conditioned by the lack of unified, universally received methodological approaches to the personnel assessment in the organization, as well as the use of classical evaluation procedures as part of the personnel management by many modern Russian organizations, specifically performance appraisals and comprehensive examination, which often does not an qualify for requirements of the modern management and is not effective method of personnel assessment. In the graduation qualifying paper, theoretical approaches to the application of evaluation procedures in personnel management are presented, in particular: basic theoretical approaches are presented, types of evaluation procedures are considered and the essential characteristics of the personnel assessment (goals, tasks, functions, principles). As part of the graduate qualification work, characteristics of evaluation procedures in modern personnel management are also studied, modern methods of personnel assessment are examined, the technology of evaluation procedures is shown, the experience by Russian and foreign companies’ application of valuation procedures is used as an example. In the graduation qualification work, the analysis of personnel assessment in OOO “Gazprom Mezhregiongaz St. Petersburg” is provided, in particular: an analytical report of the organizational arrangement and socio-economic activities of the company, as well as its personnel policy is described, the analysis of the efficiency of the evaluation procedures conducted in the company is compiled. The result of the work is the development of a number of recommendations for the improvement of evaluation procedures in modern personnel management based on OOO “Gazprom Mezhregiongaz St. Petersburg”, including the introduction of new evaluation procedures’ technology and evaluation of its economic efficiency. The practical utility of the graduate qualification work consists in the offering of meaningful actions to modernize the "out-of-date" system of evaluation procedures in a particular company, which are capable of both optimizing the work of the personnel department and enhancing efficiency of personnel management.
