Ensuring public material interests in the insolvency proceedings of organizations

Abstract

Данная работа посвящена анализу обеспечения публичного имущественного интереса в процедурах банкротства организаций. Автор указывает на необходимость работы государства по двум направлениям в целях защиты указанного интереса, особое внимание уделяет изучению правового положения органа, представляющего требования государства в делах о банкротстве.

This work is devoted to analysis of the support of public property interest in bankruptcy procedures. The author points to the state’s work in two directions in order to protect this interest, paying special attention to the study of the legal status of the competent authorities in bankruptcy cases.
