The Russian-Chinese cross-cultural communications in modern media space

Abstract

Актуальность данной диссертации связана с интенсификацией тесных отношениями между Россией и Китаем на различных уровнях. Две страны являются стратегическими партнерами как в Азиатско-Тихоокеанском регионе, так и в мире в целом. В настоящее время Россия и Китай стремятся не только к мирному сосуществованию, но и к взаимовыгодным двусторонним отношениям, чтобы создавать основу для внутреннего развития, содействовать постоянной динамике и эффективности двусторонних отношений. С начала этого столетия КНР стремительно развивается по всем направлениям: политика, экономика, вооруженные силы, культура и так далее. В России с различной степени идентичности проходят аналогичные процессы. Данный факт также является основой для сближения наших народов и государств. В последние годы обмены в сфере культуры и искусства между Китаем и Россией в целом развивались хорошо: страны регулярно подписывали соглашения о сотрудничестве в области межкультурных коммуникаций, руководители министерств культуры проводят ежедневные консультации, организовывают совместные фестивали и реализуют различные проекты. Как итог – с 2006 года фактически сформировалось единое культурное пространство, в рамках которого Россия и Китай успешно организовали «Годы двух стран», «Годы двух языков», «Годы туризма», «Годы молодежных обменов», и «Годы СМИ России и КНР». То есть, уровень межкультурных коммуникаций между странами в настоящее время очень высок, что также влияет на актуальность данного исследования. Тем самым, анализ российско-китайских межкультурных коммуникаций позволит всесторонне понять предпосылки и перспективы сближения наших стран, а также выявить основные направления в политике в сфере культуры и искусства России и КНР. Новизна нашей работы как раз состоит в том, что в настоящее время межкультурные коммуникации между Россией и Китаем вступают в новый этап, и данное исследование впервые на такой уровне фокусирует внимание на последних тенденциях взаимоотношений наших стран в культурном и информационном «полях». Объектом данной ВКР являются российско-китайские межкультурные коммуникации в современном медиа-пространстве. Предмет – этапы и специфика российско-китайских межкультурных коммуникаций в современном медиа-пространстве. Цель исследования – анализ межкультурных коммуникаций между Россией и КНР в период с 2006 г. по настоящее время. Реализация данной цели предполагает решение следующих задач: 1. проследить динамику и эффективность межкультурные коммуникации между КНР и Россией в ретроспекции и перспективе; 2. выделить основные проекты, реализованные в рамках российско-китайского культурного обмена; 3. рассмотреть российско-китайские коммуникации в сфере культуры и искусства на современном этапе 4. выявить основные элементы и механизмы информационной поддержки проектов в сфере культуры и искусства в России и КНР. Методологическая база. В ходе исследования использовались такие общенаучные методы, как статистический, сравнительный и метод личного наблюдения. Эмпирическая база данной диссертации включают в себя: 1. материалы официальных сайтов МИДов России и КНР; 2. публикации в традиционных СМИ Росиии и КНР; 3. статьи в сетевых ресурсах и социальных медиа; 4. личные наблюдения. Структура. Работа состоит из введения, двух глав, заключения и списка использованной литературы.

«Russian-Chinese intercultural communication in modern media-space» The relevance of this dissertation is related to the intensification of close relations between Russia and China at various levels. The two countries are strategic partners in both the Asia-Pacific region and the world. At present, Russia and China are striving not only for peaceful coexistence, but also for mutually beneficial bilateral relations, in order to create the basis for internal development, to promote the constant dynamics and effectiveness of bilateral relations. Since the beginning of this century, China has been developing rapidly in all directions: politics, economy, armed forces, culture and so on. In Russia, with a similar degree of identity, similar processes take place. This fact is also a basis for rapprochement of our peoples and states. In recent years, exchanges in the field of culture and art between China and Russia have developed well as a whole: two countries regularly signed agreements on cooperation in the field of intercultural communications, our heads of the ministries of culture hold daily consultations, and organize joint festivals and implement various projects. As a result, since 2006, a single cultural space was actually formed, within the framework of which Russia and China successfully organized the "Years of Two Countries", "Years of Two Languages", "Years of Tourism", "Years of Youth Exchanges", and "Years of Media in Russia and China ". That means the level of intercultural communication between countries is currently very high, which also affects the relevance of this study. Thus, the analysis of Russian-Chinese intercultural communications will make it possible to comprehensively understand the prerequisites and prospects for the rapprochement of our countries, as well as to identify the main directions in the policy in the sphere of culture and art in Russia and China. The novelty of our work is precisely that at present intercultural communications between Russia and China are entering a new stage, for the first time, this study focuses on the latest trends in the relationship of our countries in the cultural and information "fields". The object of this work is Russian-Chinese intercultural communication in the modern media space. The subject is the stages and specifics of Russian-Chinese intercultural communications in the modern media space. The purpose of the study is to analyze the intercultural communications between Russia and China in the period from 2006 to the present. Realization of this goal implies the solution of the following tasks: 1. to trace the dynamics and effectiveness of intercultural communication between China and Russia in retrospect and perspective; 2. highlight the main projects implemented within the framework of the Russian-Chinese cultural exchange; 3. consider Russian-Chinese communications in the sphere of culture and art at the present stage 4. Identify the main elements and mechanisms of information support for projects in the field of culture and art in Russia and China. Methodological base. The study used such general scientific methods as statistical, comparative and personal observation. The empirical base of this dissertation includes: 1. materials of official websites of the Foreign Ministries of Russia and China; 2. publications in traditional media of Russia and China; 3. articles in network resources and social media; 4. personal observations. Structure. The work consists of an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion and a list of used literature.
