Characteristics of motivational sphere and value systems of students-defectologists

Abstract

Для изучения особенностей мотивационно-ценностной сферы личности студентов, избирающих дефектологические специальности, было проведено исследование, в котором приняли участие 74 студента факультета дефектологии и социальной работы ЛГУ им. А.С. Пушкина. Изучались: особенности смысложизненных и ценностных ориентаций студентов-дефектологов (тест "Смысложизненные ориентации" и методика "Морфологический тест жизненных ценностей"), особенности мотивации учебно-профессиональной деятельности (методика изучения мотивов учебной деятельности студентов в модификации А.А. Реана, В.А. Якунина) и карьерных ориентаций (методика "Якоря карьеры"), особенности представлений о будущей профессии студентов дефектологических факультетов (методика "Личностный семантический дифференциал", авторский опросник). Для обработки результатов использовались методы математической статистики: однофакторный дисперсионный анализ (One-Way ANOVA) с помощью апостериорного критерия критерия Бонферрони; коэффициент корреляции Пирсона. Результаты исследования показали, что в мотивационно-ценностной сфере личности студентов-дефектологов, преобладают ценности духовно-нравственной и альтруистической направленности, доминируют внутренние мотивы над внешними. У студентов разных курсов обучения наблюдаются различия в мотивационно-ценностной сфере личности, прежде всего в отношении мотивации будущей профессиональной деятельности, в основе которых всё более полное представление о профессии и своей будущей профессиональной деятельности в ходе обучения.

To study the features of the motivational and value sphere or the personality of he students who choose defectology specialties, a study was conducted in which 74 students of the Faculty of Defectology and Social Work of Leningrad State University took part. A.S. Pushkin. We studied: the peculiarities of the meaningful and valuable orientations of students-defectologists (the test "Smyslozhiznennye orientation" and the methodology "Morphological test of life values"), the features of motivation of educational and professional activity (the method of studying the motives of students' academic activity in the modification of A.A. Rean, V.A. Yakunina) and career orientations (the technique of "Career Anchor"), the features of the ideas about the future profession of students of defectology faculties (the "Personal Semantic Differential" technique, the author's op Hosnik). To process the results, mathematical statistics methods were used: one-way ANOVA using the Bonferroni a posteriori criterion; coefficient of Pearson correlation. The results of the research showed that in the motivational and value sphere of the personality of students-defectologists, the values of a spiritually-moral and altruistic orientation prevail, internal motives over external motives dominate. Students of different courses of study have differences in the motivational and value sphere of the individual, especially in relation to the motivation of future professional activity, which is based on an increasingly complete picture of the profession and its future professional activity in the course of training.
