Selecting and substantiating a development strategy for small innovative businesses at early lifecycle stages

Abstract

В работе исследован выбор и обоснование стратегии развития малых инновационных предприятий на ранних стадиях жизненного цикла. Рассмотрено стратегическое управление малым инновационным предприятием на ранних стадиях жизненного цикла и определены виды стратегий с методикой формирования стратегии развития малых инновационных предприятий. Отражение полученных результатов нашло в разработке стратегии развития малого инновационного предприятия на ранней стадии жизненного цикла (ООО «Валле»). Проведена оценка факторов внутренней и внешней среды, определяющие стратегию развития малого инновационного предприятия, разработаны стратегические альтернативы развития ООО «Валле», оценены риски и эффективность реализации разработанной стратегии.

The paper explores the choice and justification of the strategy for the development of small innovative enterprises in the early stages of the life cycle. The strategic management of a small innovative enterprise in the early stages of the life cycle is considered, and types of strategies are defined with the methodology for forming a strategy for the development of small innovative enterprises. Reflection of the obtained results was found in the development strategy for the development of a small innovative enterprise at the early stage of the life cycle (LLC Valle). The assessment of the factors of the internal and external environment, determining the strategy for the development of a small innovative enterprise, developed strategic alternatives for the development of the LLC Valle, assessed the risks and effectiveness of implementing the developed strategy.
