Interaction of the government and large-sized businesses in the promotion of social initiatives: A case study of the Gazprom PJSC

Общество не может пребывать в благосостоянии исключительно благодаря государству. Бизнес корпорации являются неотъемлемой частью общества, начиная с предоставления рабочих мест гражданам и заканчивая решением глобальных проблем. Для получения максимальных результатов в решении тех или иных задач, бизнес и государство должны взаимодействовать. Объектом настоящего исследования являются взаимоотношения между государством и бизнесом как инструмент решения социальных проблем, а предметом механизмы взаимодействия органов власти и Группы Газпром в сфере социальных инициатив. Основная цель настоящего исследования: выявление способов взаимодействия власти и бизнеса в социальной сфере. Задачи ВКР: • Изучение и выявление основных форм и механизмов взаимодействия власти и бизнеса. • Рассмотрение основных используемых GR-технологий. • Изучение теоретических основ корпоративной социальной ответственности (КСО). • Изучение механизмов взаимодействия российской власти и Группы Газпром в сфере социальных инициатив. • Анализ деятельности Группы Газпром как социально ответственного бизнеса. Методы научного исследования, используемые в ходе написания работы: описательный, теоретический анализ, метод вторичного анализа, метод опроса. Эмпирическую базу составили результаты социальных программ, направленных на обеспечение социальных нужд общества, разработанных Группой «Газпром» и реализованных совместно с органами власти; публикации в средствах массовой информации о совместной деятельности корпорации и органов государственной власти; ежегодные нефинансовые отчеты компании, отчеты об устойчивом развитии компании, официальные государственные документы. Структура ВКР. Настоящая работа состоит из введения, двух глав, включающих семь параграфов, заключения, списка использованной литературы и приложений. Общий объем работы 60 страниц. После изучения взаимодействия власти и бизнеса по продвижению социальных инициатив с теоретической и практической стороны, был сделан вывод о том, что использование технологий GR и КСО российскими бизнес-структурами еще находится на этапе становления, но при этом бизнес-сообщество уже начало осознавать важность применения этих технологий, о чем свидетельствует соответствующая деятельность компании «Газпром», изученная в работе.

Business corporations are an integral part of society, starting with providing jobs to citizens and ending with the solution of global problems. To get the maximum results in the decision of those or other tasks, business and government should interact. The object of this study is the relationship between government and business as a tool to solve social problems, and the subject of mechanisms of interaction between authorities and Gazprom Group in the field of social initiatives. The main purpose of this study: identifying the ways of interaction between authorities and business in the social sphere. The tasks of the FQW: • Study and identify of the basic forms and mechanisms of interaction between authorities and business. • Consideration of the basic GR-technologies. • Study of the theoretical foundations of corporate social responsibility (CSR). • Study of the mechanisms of interaction between Russian authorities and Gazprom Group in the field of social initiatives. • Analysis of the activity of PJSC "Gazprom" as a socially responsible business. Methods of scientific research used in the course of writing: descriptive, theoretical analysis, secondary analysis, survey method. The empirical database compiled the results of social programmes aimed at ensuring social needs of society, developed by a Group of "Gazprom" and implemented jointly with the authorities; publication in the media about the joint activities of the Corporation and the state authorities; the annual financial reports of the company report on sustainable development of the company, official state documents. The structure of the FQW. The present work consists of introduction, two chapters, seven paragraphs, conclusion, bibliography and applications. The total volume of 60 pages. After studying the interaction of government and business for promotion of social initiatives with the theoretical and practical aspects, it was concluded that the use of GR technologies and CSR of Russian business structures is still in the formative stage, but the business community has begun to understand the importance of the use of these technologies, as evidenced by the activities of the company "Gazprom", investigated in the present work.
