Noted advantages of the work: Afanasyeva V.A. conducted a comprehensive study of social network marketing in foreign and Russian practice. Much attention was paid to the peculiarities of creating marketing strategies for tourism services in social networks. The paper presents an analysis of the communication channels of LLC TT-Travel with clients in the Internet space, and identifies problems in the current strategy for promoting social networks of LLC TT-Travel. As part of the preparation of the WRC to identify the real demand and consumer preferences of Internet users, the author conducted a sociological survey in which 52 respondents from the constituent entities of the Russian Federation took part. Based on the respondents’ answers, a calculation-based tour “To Kazan with the whole family” was developed. A fresh look. Methods for promoting the tour on social networks have been determined. Noted work deficiencies. Significant shortcomings include an insufficiently developed tourism brand strategy on social networks. When mentioning social networks banned in the Russian Federation on Instagram and Facebook, there is no marking indicating that they are prohibited. There are numerous stylistic, syntactic and grammatical errors in the work.
