Opinion on master's thesis Daniel Borisov A. "Leningrad (Petrograd) Department rabkrin in 1920-1925"          Master's thesis is devoted to the problem of control over the activities of state agencies in the initial period of the NEP. Through the activities of the Leningrad Department of the RFL student describes the key issues in this period.
