No doubt, that the Master student Mikhail Sergeyevich Tretyakov is a good guy, who can be described as a purposeful and hard-working sport journalist and a person in general. 
But unfortunately these qualities didn't influence on the final results of his work on dissetation.
I'm willing to believe in his independence, initiative and thoughtfulness, but, (again) unfortunately, these qualities also have not been demonstrated during the preparation of the dissertation research. The neverending references to the lack of time and business determined the negligence and superficial attitude to the process of writing.
I know Mikhail Sergeevich for six years. He deals with sport journalism long enough to turn to the study of the specifics of information policy of professional football clubs at the level of the Master's thesis has prompted his successful professional activity in the structure of one of the hockey clubs.
During studying Mikhail Sergeevich Tretyakov actively participated in public life of the university. And, perhaps this overly active part in numerous of social projects contributed to a mediocre completion of the dissertation.
However, I should note the competence of Mikhail Sergeevich in the role of media in promoting sport. In addition, I highlight his ability to work with sources, apply the obtained theoretical knowledge in the process of empirical research, receptivity to new information. It's a pitty that all this is not shown in the dissertation, that has only satisfactory level.
Unfortunately, it is impossible not to mention poor discipline of the student. Mikhail Sergeevich Tretyakov did not provide the necessary materials in time, planned work schedule on his Master's thesis wasn't realized.
Anyway, in general, though I don't have any moral right to describe the cooperation with Mikhail Sergeevich Tretyakov as fruitful, however, some work on the thesis was carried out, and the 50% of the text, which I as a supervisor managed to see in the very last days, are interesting both from theoretical and practical points of view.
