The work of A.S. Zakoptelkova is extremely relevant. Concepts of "ideal citizen" and methods of image creationIt are sharp topics on the nowadays political agenda. The country's image is a multi-component structure that becomes very precarious in the context of digitalization.   Modern public policy is just beginning to think about how to build a public image of the country in conditions when the Internet and social networks are becoming full-fledged participants in the political process. Russia and China are characterised by a similar idea of the duties of a citizen.In fact, when we talk about the formative elements of the image of a citizen in Russia and China, the basic values are much the same: patriotism, respect for history and culture, obeying laws and paying taxes. But a distinctive feature is the expected patterns of behaviour, which are also influenced by the state. Writing a work on this topic required not only knowledge of the theory of public policy, but also a deep erudition.
Anastasiia Sergeevna, throughout her studies in the magistracy, stood out for non-standard thinking, analytical skills, the ability to ask deep questions and independently search for difficult-to-access information. When writing her final qualifying work, she showed her passion and interest in an independently chosen topic, responsibility, conscientiousness and honesty.
