The noted advantages of the work: The research was carried out at a good professional level. In the process of working on the qualification work, all the tasks were solved. It should be noted the creative approach to the collection and analysis of the material, the complexity of the research, as well as the interest of the graduate student. In his work, the undergraduate showed proficiency in various research methods, both geographical, economic and sociological. The presence of independent ideas in the formulation and solution of research tasks is particularly noted. The developed Program for the development of cruise tourism in the Far East is well-founded, defines the priorities for the development of cruise tourism, offers activities and outlines the stages of implementation of the tasks set in the Program.   The work is of practical importance and can be recommended for implementation in practice.
