Current trends of news journalism 
(on the example of materials of Channel One and "Russia-24")

                     Work is independent. Has research character. Contents quite corresponds to the declared subject. The structure of work is logical, material is stated consistently, and his contents confirms an integrated approach of the author to the considered problems. Conclusions are quite proved. Work consists of introduction, two heads and the conclusion that conforms to requirements imposed to researches of this sort. In introduction the author proves the choice of a subject of final work, her importance, outlines a circle of the problems investigated in this work. In the main parts of work the questions devoted to theoretical aspects of the analysis of tendencies of development of modern news journalism on 2 TV channels are consistently considered.
                    The purpose of this thesis — to reveal current trends of news journalism - is reached and convincingly reflected in research. The description is based on the last comparative data on tendencies of development of 2 TV channels: The first and "Russia-24". Object of the thesis are 30 releases of the information programs ("Evening news", "Time", "Vesti", "Messages at 20:00") which have aired during the period from February to March of the current year. A subject are the features of information programs forming tendencies of news journalism. Comparative, historical methods and the analysis of content are applied to the solution of objectives. As the author correctly notes, relevance of work osnovyatsya on studying of the most dynamically developing segment of television broadcasting — information programs.
                     In chapter 1 history of formation of two TV channels is traced and the basic theoretical concepts necessary for creation of news material understand. In chapter 2 the concept of information programs is defined, the comparative analysis of news content of Channel One and "Russia-24" is given and tendencies of news journalism come to light. Research leans on the rich previous theoretical material what the list of the used literature confirms. It should be noted the rich graphic material given as illustrations. 

In general, work is written at the high level and deserves a positive assessment.
