Advantages: Original idea, very good analysis of existing positioning systems. Using of signal power changes for positioning is interesting idea. Intensive possible errors discovering, analysis and statistical correction are significant benefits of developing positioning system model. The system is characterized by methodical approach in data collection. High technological level is one more advantage of the research. Author demonstrates excellent understanding of information system architecture, its different components and also could consolidate them in the whole system. Disadvantages: Author should define goals more carefully. Expressions like “in many cases an object moves in the linear network” could be found in the text of research. In spite of the fact, that it could be the truth, this not points the idea of work. Insufficiently shown that it is not just linear networks, but indoor linear networks, which is abused. Although the view of all positioning systems is full, the view of literature in the object of research might be more sufficient. The main disadvantage of the work is a lack of positioning system estimation, that decrease practical value of research(but, of course, not cancel a potential). Conclusion: Despite of some againsts, the research definitely interesting and have to be rated by the best score.
